Absolutely underrated spot for lunch. Delicious sandwiches and scratch made soups that are the best around. If you stop by you also have to try the sweet potato fries with the homemade maple dipping sauce, so good! I order on their website and they have always had my food ready within a few minutes of the promised time.read more

I don’t get a chance to eat out often, so when I do this place is a MUST VISIT. I’ve never had a bad lunch from Salt City Soup, but today was by far THE BEST! The cream of mushroom soup is SO flavorful, and yet the soup itself is not at all heavy like a lot of cream soups. Delicious!!! I also had the #5, which was turkey, spinach, gouda (I think), and rosemary mayo (AMAZING) on Pastabilities stretch bread. I’ll definitely be getting that one again!!!!read more

I ordered a sandwich, and I chose ‘No Cheese’ on my sandwich. The chef there was actually smart and attentive enough to infer that I also didn’t want any other dairy products associated with that sandwich. They also explained that I could save money by ordering another way than the online order. And to top it all off, the sandwich was delicious and aesthetic. If I travel through this area again, I’ll definitely stop by.read more

Hidden gem located here in the Salina Meadows business park, but let me tell you it’s worth going out of your way for. I had the roast beef hot sandwich with tomato basil Gouda soup. Both were fantastic.you can tell thought and care were put into this menu. Also love that they use locally sourced Daily Bread from Pasta’s. Will return.read more

I’ll keep this simple: The best soup I’ve had in my life. Soup from any other restaurant in Syracuse tastes like canned soup compared to Salt City Soup Co.The sandwiches are similar to Darwin on Clinton, made with Pastabilities stretch loaf. However, after careful deliberation, I have to say Salt City Soup Co’s are better.read more
